WordPress Website Verify
Today I am going to share my practical experience with you and the experience about how to WordPress Website Verify on Google webmaster . For the betterment of your website and analysis your visitors in the website. Not only that by the website verification your website data will review by Google regularly.
Google Adsense will review the data from Google analytic and you must have Google analytic account on google.com for the verification your site.
There are different ways to verify your website by Google webmaster tool but for the Wrodpress site verification process is different from them. In the Google webmaster tool page you will get various way but all these are not applicable for the WordPress site. WordPress site verification needs the Plugin to verify your site in webmaster tool. There are also lots of Plugin by which you can verify your site in Google webmaster tool such as (Google Site Verification plugin using Meta Tag; Google Integration Toolkit; Google Tag Manager and Webmaster Tools) but I have used (verify-google-webmaster-tools.1.2) and it is very much simple process to make it done.
Note: You must have a google account and you can manage one by opening a gmail account.
Step-1:
First of all Download the pluging verify google webmaster tool for downloading this pluging click this link verify google webmaster tool 1.2 and save it to your computer hard disk.
Step-2:
Then Go to the plugin option of your WordPress dashboard and from the plugin option select Add new.
Step-3:
In the add new plugin page click upload button and click the choose file button than click the install button. After successful installation you will get a massage than click the active pluging button.
Step-4:
Now login to the google webmaster tool on the google webmaster home page click Add a site button, in the Add a site dialog box bellow the Enter the URL of a site you’d like to manage put your site name (Example https://learner24.com). Than click continue.
Step-5:
Your site is now added to the google but not verified to verify your site click the manage site button and you will get verify site option click it.
Step-6:
In the verify site page select Alternate method in the alternate page select the HTML tag.
Step-7:
You will get a html tag for your site copy it than go to the wordpress dashboard.
Step-8:
Click the settings menu in the dashboard you will find google webmaster tools menu click it and you will reach the google webmaster tool settings page.
Step-9:
Paste the html tag that you have copied from google webmaster tools site bellow the text (Insert your Google Webmaster Tools verification meta-tag below) than click the save change.
The final step:
Go to the google webmaster tools page and click verify button in bottom of the alternate page.
